BRIEF

Our History

Since our inception in 1999, we have been establishing ourselves as a top-tier organization in high-level consulting within the fields of infrastructure, information technology, communications, social welfare, and education. We provide services including project oversight, auditing, management, and project evaluation for both public and private sectors.
1999

C & M Consultores S.A. is founded in Bogotá.

2001

C & M Consultores executes its first nationwide project following the award of the supervision contract for the Bienestarina food production plants of the Colombian Institute of Family Welfare (ICBF).

Supervision of contracts with public and private laboratories for the implementation of maternity and paternity testing using DNA genetic markers.

2007

Technical and administrative supervision of contracts for the child breakfast programs, emergency rations, and nutritional recovery initiatives executed for ICBF.

C & M enters the information and communications technology (ICT) sector through the supervision of the government connectivity program Compartel. Since then, the firm has delivered more than 25 consultancy projects in this sector.

Award of the national student enrollment audit project for educational institutions, with more than eight contracts executed to date.

Implementation of an inclusive labor policy aimed at integrating people with disabilities into the workforce. Currently, 20% of the firm’s employees are part of this program.

C & M Consultores is awarded its first consultancy contract by TransMilenio S.A. to provide comprehensive supervision of Bogotá’s Integrated Public Transport System (SITP), a project executed on four separate occasions.

C & M secures its first comprehensive structuring assignment for 4G road concessions, covering more than 1,246 kilometers of roadway across four regions of Colombia.

Commencement of the structuring consultancy for the implementation of Bogotá’s Intelligent Traffic Signal System (SIF).

Provision of consultancy services for the comprehensive structuring of El Dorado II International Airport.

C & M enters the renewable energy sector through the supervision of the FAZNI program, aimed at providing access to electricity through photovoltaic solutions.

The Regiotram Occidente Supervision Consortium, of which C & M Consultores is a member, is awarded the supervision contract for the construction of the Regiotram railway corridor.

C & M begins operations in Ecuador with the execution of the electromobility plan development and presentation project for the city of Cuenca.
