Jose Nuño
Legal Director
More than 20 years of experience and recognition in the consulting and legal advisory sector—supporting and driving high-impact projects at both the local and international levels—have led the firm to consolidate the C & M Consulting Lawyers® brand as one of the most representative in the legal services sector.
This position inevitably entails assuming new challenges, not only within the professional community to which we belong, but also among those stakeholders who, in one way or another, require information of this nature aligned with their evolving expectations. For this reason, and under the unwavering philosophy of making a meaningful contribution to the field, we project ourselves as a firm aligned with market demands and, of course, with the innovations these demands bring in order to meet client needs and support their interests.
Within this context, and in harmony with our corporate principles, we have assembled a team of highly qualified legal professionals and multidisciplinary experts, with proven experience in key areas of law—primarily administrative law, public procurement, environmental, tax, and labor law—capable of successfully addressing any client requirement, as well as managing the full range of activities arising from organizational needs. This is made possible by their solid experience and well-earned professional recognition.
Along these lines, and through a balanced combination of advisory and litigation practices, the C & M Consulting Lawyers team is recognized by market players and peers as a high-level group, further supported by extensive expertise in matters of significant national relevance. These include the structuring of large-scale infrastructure projects such as the new Magdalena Medio corridors (formerly Ruta del Sol – Section II), El Dorado II International Airport, Bogotá D.C.’s Intelligent Traffic Light System, the Pasto–Popayán corridor, El Boquerón–El Tablón, and, notably, the legal leadership of railway supervision projects including Regiotram de Occidente, Bogotá–Belencito, La Caro–Zipaquirá branch, and the Bogotá–Facatativá section, among others.
For this reason, and as part of our commitment to clients, followers, and the sector to which we belong, we wish to share a series of publications that will undoubtedly be of great interest and value to the development of their professional activities.
Soon, we will launch the first edition of our Legal News bulletin, whose main objective will be to share legal news of interest with all those who follow us on this platform. These publications will undoubtedly enrich both specialized legal knowledge and the much-needed spaces for debate within the legal sphere.
