C & M Consultants S.A.S., identified with NIT 830061474-1, with contractual address at Carrera 13 No 96-67, Office 309, Bogotá D.C., telephone +57 601 919 5290, and email address administracion@cmconsultores.com.co, in compliance with the Statutory Law of Habeas Data – Law 1581 of 2012, its Regulatory Decree 1377 of 2013, and those norms that complement, add or modify them, wishes to inform all employees, clients, suppliers, natural or legal persons that, in compliance with our Personal Data Protection Policy and with the aim of safeguarding the fundamental rights of habeas data, the personal data provided by the information owners will be used in the development of the company's functions according to the legal relationship held with each of them.

For C & M Consultants S.A.S., dedicated to strict compliance with the law and the protection of individuals' rights, such as habeas data, privacy, intimacy, good name, and image; and in line with our policy of total responsibility, the preservation, protection, and integrity of the personal data you have entrusted to us are of utmost importance.

In accordance with the above, the personal data requested by C & M Consultants S.A.S. will be used, according to each owner, for the following purpose:

Visitors

Personal data will be used to maintain a secure record and control of entries and exits from our offices; likewise, they may be used to address internal emergency plans in situations of risk that may occur during your stay at the facilities of C & M Consultants S.A.S.

Client Suppliers

Employees

Personal data will be used during your participation in the hiring process and will serve the purpose of: identification, location, communication, contact, and sending of information related to the potential hiring process and/or, in the case of a labor, civil, or commercial relationship, in relation to the payment of salaries, social benefits, and other retributions established in the employment contract, as well as their transmission to branches inside and outside the country for the same purposes.

CLOSED-CIRCUIT TELEVISION (CCTV)

DEAR VISITOR AND EMPLOYEE:

From this moment until you leave the premises, you are being recorded by the security cameras of C & M Consultants S.A.S., the entity responsible for the processing of personal data.

The images and recordings made during your stay on our premises will be used solely for the following purposes:

Security, access control, and surveillance of our visitors and employees.
Conducting criminal or administrative investigations.

Information for data subjects: The video surveillance data will be retained for a period of twenty (20) days and will only be shared upon order of competent authorities.

You have the right to (I) know, update, and rectify your data if it is partial, inaccurate, incomplete, divided, or misleading; (II) request proof of this authorization; (III) be informed about the processing of your data; (IV) revoke the authorization and request the deletion of the provided data in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012; (VI) access the processed data for free.

EXERCISING YOUR RIGHTS

The data subject or their duly accredited legal representative has the right to: (I) know, update, and rectify their data if it is partial, inaccurate, incomplete, divided, or misleading; (II) request proof of this authorization; (III) be informed about the processing of their data; (IV) revoke the authorization and request the deletion of the provided data in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012; (VI) access the processed data for free.
