Implemented by TransMilenio S.A. as the public authority and operated by the concessionaire Recaudo Bogot\u00e1 S.A.S., SIRCI enables the efficient integration of fare collection, fleet control, user information, and data consolidation subsystems, ensuring a modern, secure, and citizen-centered transport operation.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bb3496c elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"bb3496c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">The importance of SIRCI in SITP operations<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ed5ca84 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ed5ca84\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span style=\"color: #000000;\">SIRCI transforms the user experience by integrating electronic fare payment through smart cards, real-time management of the bus and BRT fleet, and multichannel user service. Thanks to its robust technological architecture\u2014which includes infrastructure, backup systems, information security, and advanced connectivity, among other elements\u2014SIRCI enables: <\/span>\n<br><br>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\n<ul>\n \t<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Efficient operational control <\/strong> from the control centers of operating concessionaires and the TransMilenio S.A. operations center.<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Reduced waiting times and improved service quality through route and service <\/strong>scheduling and the integration of operational zones.<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Transparency in fare collection<\/strong> by eliminating cash transactions through the use of smart cards.<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Handling of complaints and claims<\/strong> with full digital traceability.<\/li>\n<\/ul> <br>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">According to data published by<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"> <a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/bogota.gov.co\/\">bogota.gov.co<\/a><\/span> in June 2024, the TransMilenio System recorded an average of 4,033,999 daily trips across zonal, trunk, feeder, and cable operations, supported by a total fleet of 10,559 vehicles (zonal, feeder, and trunk).
